We only use your information to provide the requested check, purchase, advice or contact request.

What we retain

Checks, purchases, contact messages and leads are retained for up to 365 days, unless a legal retention obligation requires us to keep them longer.

We only share a request with a specialist when you give separate consent. We do not sell your personal data.

For statistics, error detection and improving the user experience, we use analytics and monitoring tools such as Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry and the Meta pixel. Clarity can create heatmaps and masked session recordings; input fields and sensitive content are masked. Clarity and Meta only load according to your privacy preferences, which you can change in the site footer.

Contact us to request access or correction. Use the form for deletion; we may ask for additional verification to prevent misuse.

Request data deletion

After receiving your request, we check which information is linked to your email address. Payment records subject to a legal retention obligation cannot be deleted immediately.
