Indicative digital service
MijnHuurVragen provides indicative rent estimates, practical next-step advice, draft letters and optional paid digital dossiers. MijnHuurVragen is not an official authority and does not provide legal advice or guarantee a rent reduction, refund or successful procedure.
Your information
You are responsible for checking that the information you enter is accurate and complete. Check all names, facts, amounts, deadlines and draft letters before using or sending them.
Paid digital products
The Personal Letter Package, Complete Action File and Full Check Report are one-time digital purchases, priced including VAT, delivered immediately after payment when you expressly consent to immediate delivery. You have a statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period; it lapses once you start and receive the digital content yourself with that consent. You can withdraw easily via the 'Cancel my purchase' page or by email. Contact MijnHuurVragen if a technical problem prevents access to the purchased product.
Formal procedures and deadlines
Rules, rent tables, procedures and deadlines may change and depend on the facts. Verify a formal step using current information that fits your situation.
Personal data and specialists
MijnHuurVragen processes personal data to provide the requested service. A request is shared with a suitable specialist only after separate explicit consent. See the privacy page for access, correction and deletion requests.
Availability and liability
MijnHuurVragen aims to keep the service accurate and available, but an online estimate may contain omissions or errors. Decisions remain your responsibility and should be checked where the consequences may be significant.
